「Fantastic comfortable property, really well equipped and a lovely base for exploring the area. Will definitely stay here again」

「The barn was beautiful, really well appointed with quality finishes and so comfortable. Only down side was that the hot tub was not working. However I would not hesitate to recommend this as an excellent base for both the broads & Nofolk coast.」

「Lovely place to stay and visit north Norfolk」

「Well provisioned and very comfortable. Easy reach of North Coast and East Coast. Would definitely return」

「We had a lovely holiday. The location was fantastic - so lovely and quiet with amazing beach walks and views. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. Living room was spacious, it was nice to have a Freesat TV with NOW TV. The sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was a little bit cramped, but was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Welcome pack was a lovely thing to receive. The only downside to this place was the bathrooms - especially on the...

「A lovely little cabin, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Even the bed was comfortable which was a huge bonus. It is obvious that the cabin is a labour of love for the hosts and not just a business. This is seen in the thoughtful way it is furnished and all the little extra touches around the place. The welcome pack was a nice suprise and very welcome. So nice to have their own honey and eggs .... yummy!.The hosts are warm and welcoming just like their cabin. We will return.」

「Cozy home from home with everything you needed」

「The house, location and local amenities were excellent. We had no problems with cleanliness as stated in other reviews and the house was very well equipped. Sadly, the wind was high during our stay so we couldn’t use the hot tub but that’s Britain for you! Local bar and restaurant, the White Horse was excellent; the food and service was impeccable and we would highly recommend it. The beach, although cold, was perfect and all in all our short stop to this area of the world for the first time...

「Beautiful clean and well equipped cottage Lovely and warm , comfy beds Nice views and close to places to visit We enjoyed a lovely weekend with the grandkids The extra touches made it very welcoming , some nice treats for all , Sweet towels for the baby , PlayStation for the older ones Hope to return」

「Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. 」

「This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.」
