「The property was clean and the staff friendly. However, it is outdated and the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors conversation from the next room and the slamming of everyone's doors when they left was also jarring.」

It was running, wouldn't flush and then started leaking on the floor (from the bottom, not overflow).
