The hotel room was clean and close to downtown Worcester, and the price was good. The grounds of the hotel are depressing and run-down; when I asked for another blanket they said they didn't have any; and a woman a few doors down played loud rap music for several hours.

Room was disgusting pink goo stains on one comforter burn holes in the other. Boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. Stains on sheets and towels. Sagging falling apart ceiling tiles. The rooms looked totally barren. Bed was ok but not great. I ran the shower water for 10 minutes and it went from ice cold luke warm. They wanted a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. I’ve never seen that ever. It was refunded on check out. Location is next to a shut down sports bar

You get what you pay for. And it really wasn't even worth the $97. There was nothing in the room except for a nightstand that had no drawer and a rotting bottom, a faded and ripped computer chair, a dresser missing three drawers and a TV that did not even work. Yes I checked behind it was plugged in and there were batteries in the remote and I tried to turn the TV on from the buttons on the TV, no go. The little mini fridge did work, barely. There was still hair from prior people in the bathroom. The hot water did not get hot for almost 6 minutes. Water pressure was subpar. The parking lot was decaying and was in need of serious repairs. Did thoroughly inspect the bed and the sheets were clean and there were no bed bugs. All in all if you can do not stay here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere cleaner, nicer and newer with a room that has furniture.

The man at the front desk was of no help and refused my stay because he wouldn’t accept my military ID card, as my drivers license was lost during my travels. He also would not accept a picture of my license. This upset me a lot but more so than anything, his rude and demeaning attitude and unwillingness to have a calm and professional conversation is what left me floored.

DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel at the last minute after spending the first night waiting in our rental car. DO NOT MAKE TGE SAME MISTAKE. Easily the worst travel experience of my life, and it isn’t remotely close.
