「I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.」

「Coffee, people! A great hotel stay is all about the coffee ... well, safety, cleanliness, comfort and value, too. But really, get the coffee right. I hate the extortionate pricing on the Starbucks lobby stand and the insipid little coffee sachets in the room that produce weak, wan imitations of the real beverage. Beyond that, clean, comfortable, quiet, agreeable staff.」

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor.
Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」
