“This hotel was conveniently located along our route after visiting Petrified Forest National Park. The room was clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast consisted of hot and cold selections. We would stay here again.”

“Very charming unique hotel. Took a private tour with a Harvey Girl. She had tons of interesting history of the Hotel, she was very entertaining and made it very enjoyable. She spent 3 hours with us. She is a dosant there and her name is Peggy. The food at The Turquoise Room is fabulous. 😋”

“I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……
