“We absolutely loved staying here!! My husband played golf one morning and had a blast doing that. My only tip is to grab water bottles or jugs on your way in if you like filtered drinking water (the fridge doesn’t have any.) Big Canoe is a great centralized location to visit the many cute surroundings towns! We hit up a few each day. We will definitely be back, especially when the kids are older as a get away retreat!”

“The mountain house was nicely furnished. Great artwork & decor - while a rustic log home, it was "mountain chic" and a nice change from kitschy. My husband & our two dogs enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was clean & so relaxing with great mountain views. The view from the back deck was amazing. The rocking chairs were comfy & the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The cabin also has a charcoal grill & fire pit & cornhole/games. While you are surrounded by trees with no neighbors……

“Let me start off by saying the Host of this cabin is amazing, goes above and beyond and is terrific with communication. Hospitality is great & unmatched. The cabin, is immaculate. Cleanest cabin stay I’ve ever had and it’s well maintained. They stock the basic necessities for you too. Literally everything is provided. Lots of fun things to do nearby, NC is a quick drive.
