「This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!」

「Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests.」

「Love the staff, room is okay, building/rooms can use improvement. Great pool and restaurants was my favorite, beach very nearby. The only complaint i have is the keycard for the room, i needed them to reset it every time i left the room, didnt work.」
