“I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. ”

“An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great……

The host keeps everything super clean and has all the right touches with conveniences in every room without it feeling hectic - it is roomy and inviting. And the shower and water pressure is wonderful too! Highly recommend.”

We were visiting our daughter for the holidays and this apartment was in a perfect location to spend time with her during the holidays. The apartment was also ideally located to enjoy the U District, Green Lake, and Ballard. Relatively easy access to downtown. ”
