「The room was fine. The staff was also fine with the exception of 'Tommy' in the restaurant. He could not have been more rude and condescending. He is going to cost you a lot of business with his attitude. 」

「The property is dated, however the owernship is caring for the property and making upgrades. The level of care the staff displayed from front desk greeting, follow up on stay satisfaction, cleaning staff, and food service was beyone measure. I mean they really took pride in their work and care of their facility and guests. It was really refreshing to see. 」
