"We had a comfortable, quiet stay for one night at an economical price.
It would be a good place to stay if you want to prepare some meals and not eat at a restaurant three times a day. Our room had the largest refrigerator and freezer I've ever seen in an overnight accommodation (excluding rooms specifically designed for extended stays). It had a two unit hot plate, microwave, pots and pans, and utensils."
"Staff was absolutely amazing, I was booked in through Hotels.com for 3 nights. Unfortunately, 1 call from my wife with news of a family tragedy changed my whole life. The staff at Hotels.com and the hotel were very understanding and helpful.
Have stayed many times and will continue to stay at this property.
Thank you"
"The parking garage was in construction so I had to park across the street which wasn’t always the most convenient especially with the rainy week. At times, even the front door was broken and not functional. This place presents high-end but everything is falling apart. Even the wall papers are peeling off the wall, and the washroom vent is struggling to function. The absolute worse was the room being covered in dog hair - all over the carpet, furniture and even on the bed sheets. For a person who is severely allergic to pets, I was suffering during my stay and on allergy meds the entire week. When asked the manager said I didn’t indicate I was allergic to pets. I honestly didn’t feel like I’ve ever had to do that when booking a room. And I also don’t think that being labelled “pet friendly” hotel means you get a free pass to give someone a room filled with dog hair. Extremely disappointed."
"I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was rude, the policies were confusing and unreasonable, and the hotel itself appeared poorly maintained. It’s easy to see why the room rates are so low when the customer service and overall quality are lacking."
