“My wife and I wanted a quick get away from town for Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful lobby with the fire going and the giant chridtmas tree. The pool and hot tub area looked very inviting even though it was December. Our room was cozy and clean with a wonderful view of the trees outside. Next time we will bring our own coffee to brew, theirs was pretty week, but other than that it was wonderful and quiet. ”

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
