“Our 4th time to stay here…does that tell you something??This is our golden VRBO. We found it on our 4th trip to Flagstaff and now just keep coming back. When you walk in the door it feels so fresh and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pot & pans, spices, and a new toaster oven. Good lighting and plugs everywhere. Don’t expect a well manicured yard but it’s a treat for our dog who is used to a rocky Tucson yard. Plus there’s a new screen door with a doggie door. Todd is host……

“Very nice stay! Comfortable house and beds with lovely patios. Great location near a trail. It is not easy to access the creek feature that is advertised—the owner gave me directions, but it’s all marked as private and we did not feel comfortable going past the fences. We drove to a public park with creek access instead. ”

“Absolutely beautiful home with incredible views and comfortable beds. We were very comfortable and had a wonderful time. Communication and arrangements were perfectly managed and very clear. Laundry room was such a convenience considering we enjoyed time hiking everywhere and washing was quick and easy. ”

“We took a week to road trip around Arizona going to both the Grand Canyon and The Petrified Forest NP. Staying in Sedona was great. The property was clean, the views are beautiful, and everything in town is within a 5min drive. We took a couple of hikes to the famous Red Rocks and were not disappointed. Overall this was a great experience.”

“I have stayed at this lovely home in Prescott a few times and have never been anything but content. This time it was over the 4th of July holiday. My dogs were with me so I was worried about the noise of fireworks. But this neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Not one firecracker! The house was very clean. I was delighted to see red, white and blue decorations on our fence for a festive touch. Great holiday.”
