"Everything with the check in process was seamless and lovely. Ashlynn was professional and communicated clearly the layout of the property. The follow up after check in was also thoughtful and timely. The room was nice and easy to navigate despite a later check-in/arrival.
My only concern was that one of the soap dispensers was leaking, and shampoo/body wash accumulated in the bottom of the tub. When I went to shower, it was hard to see, and the floor of the tub was quite slippery. It felt a bit hazardous, and I hope that the issue is corrected before someone slips and hurts themselves! There was also body hair on the ceiling of the bathroom (Room 349). "

"The jacuzzi was great and we loved our room and my partner and I just love how everything is within walkable distance!! Must stay place when visiting Flagstaff, only thing that I found inconvenient is that if the hotel parking lot is full, you have to find street parking (which can be far) and pay for that which isn’t a big deal but just be prepared. Overall a great stay at this beautiful haunted hotel! "
