"We had the suite. It was nice and very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff. We will definitely stay there again. "

"Love Margaritaville. This stay was a little disappointing, check in was delayed 2 1/2 hours, and just before check out the water was shut off. No warning was given about the water being shut off at check in. "

"From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby I felt completely at ease. The amazing lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and I when I got to my room, I was not disappointed. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and plenty of towels. The microwave, coffee maker, and fridge made my stay so much better- oh and the breakfast too :) I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. This will always be my first pick when I come to Shreveport!!"
