「Took my ID for a towel at the pool, couldn't get towels at the pool by my room, their bikes were rusted, the jets were busted in both hot tubs and don't believe the picture in the add because you are going to be way far away from the water with a bunch of private homes infront of you.」

「Muy comodo, nomas tomar en cuenta que en las fotos sale como si estuviera en playa con arena y no es asi, la playa que pega en el hotel es en roca, nooo hay arena para descansar a la orilla de la playa ... y no hay nada para comer ahi, ningun servicio de alimentos. El cuarto estaba excelente y muy comodo.」

「Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el Cid, en esta ocasión les bajo la calificación porque no hicieron el aseo y tuve que comunicarme dos veces a servicio al cliente para que al menos me cambiaran las toallas, y nunca me llevaron más shampoo. Tenía acceso a una sala de estar y no abrieron el cuarto hasta el día siguiente.」

「The room was on the fourth floor and we had a great view of the beach! Service and staff were amazing - only thing is the property is under renovations still so you will hear the noise during the day (didn’t bother us much as we were up when it started) - there is a pool and it looks like a minibar is being created but was not available (also a little children’s play area). The balcony was really big and the air conditioning was great! There is no mini fridge and the elevator is sort of tiny.」
