“It’s a great location and the owner is very communicative. But it does need some maintenance. Broken chairs, sliders don’t open, screen doors need replacing or fixed. The kitchen is poorly stocked. We’ve stayed at many RP properties and this one was not our favorite although the location was great and the owner is great. ”
