“What an incredible stay for my family and I in La Fortuna. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC's in the room were cold. The house host was very kind and available for anything we needed. The pool area was clean and we spent every night lounging around enjoying the sounds of nature. We had 5 people and had more than enough room. One of the best VRBO's I've stayed in. I have zero complaints. The remote gate to enter definitely made if feel completely safe. Close enough to……

“Absolutely beautiful property. Close enough to the small take of El Tanque to walk over to the grocery/fruit/meat markets, but large enough and secluded enough to feel like you're truly in the jungle. Staff was always ready to help, especially the gardener who was very friendly. Highly recommend you take him up on his small "tour" of the property (some small amount of Spanish fluency will be helpful here). Saw tons of birds, lizards, etc on the property. Pool and hot tub were delightful……

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and the air-conditioning in each bedroom worked well. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary dishes. “Wow what a beautiful property. The grounds are just stunning. We felt like we were in the middle of the jungle. Saw several sloths, some really pretty birds, a few exotic frogs, lots of interesting insects, a variety of lizards, no monkeys unfortunately for us. The pool was a huge hit for my kids. The bridge to get to the pool, so cool. The creek on the property made everything feel that much more serene and in the middle of nowhere even though you’re really not.
