Staff made sure we could get in despite our very late arrival (we put in the wrong town in our gps). Outdoor kitchen was great. Spotted some hawks above the pool. Quiet location within the town. Walking distance to mercado.

The people working in the property were very friendly! They helped us check in early and met all the needs we needed. Only issue is that the gate would not open when trying to enter the property. And the room was a bit hot even with AC.

Nice apartment in large gated area, 2 pools.

3 room apartment behind gated entrance, very secure. Master bed was full size, good comfort had air conditioning, large room no closets. Spare bed rooms had very firm(hard) mattresses. Trim in bathroom was very homemade with lots of caulk filling in poor fit. Missing grout and poorly painted above tile. Full Kitchen was nice, large new refrigerator. Both pools were nice and clean. Plenty of parking. My apartment had wonder ground coffee! Construction on going adding another apartment from 7:00-5:00

I had a lovely weeknd here. You need to drive 15 minutes into la fortuna but it was worth it for the local culture and the birds!

Small comfortable place.

Wonderful place to stay. 15 minute drive from La Fortuna. Only issue was that the blankets seemed to not have been replaced from the previous tenants.

The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home.

This place is not as represented and unsafe. I booked this place with the understanding there was an outside kitchen but when I got there I was not assigned one of the only two casitas that have them. The only kitchen to use was inside the main facility, which was unbelievably cluttered and nasty. My reservation was for over 2 weeks so I needed a place to cook. The main facility did not open up the kitchen use until after six in the morning and locked up whenever they decided. I usually left before they opened and occasionally got back after they closed. On top of that the electric skillet didn't work half the time (seemed like a short). There was electric wiring in the shower, open and exposed. Also, there was no hot water and the overhead light was hanging down, just hanging by the electrical wires in the bathroom. They are conex boxes so metal and high temperatures it becomes a sauna even with air-conditioning on. They say there is a washing machine on sight but there isn't one for guest. The manager was so hateful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.

Excelente lugar, com otima relação custo benefício. Limpo, bem decorado, tudo novo, calmo. O unico senão é que nao fica tao perto das atrações de La Fortuna, e tambem nao tem restaurantes a uma curta caminhada. Mas se estiver de carro, nao haverá problemas

Geschirr war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Bad auch schimmelig und voll mit Bauschaum und viel zu viel Silikon an der Wanne. Insgesamt alles eher nur auf den ersten Blick schön, bei genauerem Hinschauen müsste viel renoviert werden. Ein Esstisch hat gefehlt. An der Küchentheke konnte man nicht gut sitzen. Dafür war der Pool schön, das Haus hatte viel Platz, bequeme Betten und Sofa und der Garten toll angelegt. Auf meine WhatsApp hatte niemand reagiert.

La recepcionista que nos atendió fue exepcional, siempre pronta a ayudar, muy amable y profesional. El internet es muy malo, fui a trabajar pero no logré poderlo hacer en la villa, menos en la piscina. estaban remodelando o construyendo y todo el dia y noche era un ruido de trabajadores con sus maquinarias, quitaban la corriente hasta 20 veces al dia, fue terrible, sin electricidad, sin internet y el ultimo dia hasta sin agua. Mejor cerrar cuando están remodelando para no incomodar los huespedes! La villa no está en su mejor estado, le falta manutencion y cariño. la cocina definitavamente le faltaba mucho equipamiento y casi no habia toma en la casa. aire condicionado en solo 1 cuarto y la sala, los otros 2 cuartos solo 1 abanico de pared. el baño angosto e incomodo. no te dan ninguna amedidades tipo shampoo o acondicionador. el tema de los trabajadores fue el mas incomodo, ya que habia 1 señor que trabajó hasta altas horas de la noche lijando madera, y el olor de pintura actrilica entraba desde el baño a la casa, ya que la ventana del baño da a un garage donde trabajaban pintando y arreglando. Agradezo la recepcionista que nos ayudó siempre en todo faltaba a la casa.
