They were so attentive and helpful and spoke English very well. The views from our room were incredible and everything from the bed linen to bathroom amenities are luxurious. "Great place to unwind in Sa Pa! Best time to travel is May-October if you want sunshine and warmth. It was cold and misty here but the staff are amazing and food was fantastic! Loved the spa and the fireplaces in the bungalow. "
