“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte at the Northlake property. We received a warm greeting from the friendly staff at the check in desk. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free dinner buffet had a large selection of good food, and we were given a ticket for 2 free alcoholic beverages. The staff in the dining area were also friendly and so accommodating. The next morning there was a free breakfast buffet with a great selection of food.

“Terrible stay. We booked two rooms. Bed broken in one.
The other room the tv was broken.
We were placed in new rooms- AC broken, another TV was broken.
Linens never came despite calling down to front desk multiple times. Had to wake my kids up to walk to the front desk for linens we requested pre booking.
No creamer for coffee, breakfast was late.
Not worth the 500 bucks I paid for two rooms. Wish I could get a refund”

“Stayed here for a week and a bit. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room was clean and lots of storage space if we were staying longer. Was able to make it feel like home. The kitchenette made it easy for us to save money on eating out as we were able to cook for ourselves. The cookware set that the hotel has for sale, which cost about the same as a cheap Walmart set (which will not work!!) was worth the price. Laundry was convenient and easy to use.
Will be staying here again in October when……
