“I stayed at this property from June 1st to June 5th, 2026, and had a mixed experience regarding the customer service. On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay. “The air coming from the air conditioner smells bad. The corners of the ceiling and walls are dirty. The bathtub drain is clogged with a plastic bag from soap packaging, so the water doesn’t drain while taking a shower. The hygiene is very poor.”

“Room layout was beautiful BUT was repulsive and had been heavily sprayed and I had difficulty breathing on entering. Large puddle wet yellow urine beside bed had been walked through by maids and us thereby entire carpet and tile floors wet. My shoes stuck to the tile floor and after removing my shoes to get ready for bed my socks were soaked and I had to put them on the heater to dry overnight. Then my bare feet were soaked getting to bed. I phoned the desk and was told someone would check in……

“The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though.”
