“The Staff were kind and clearly take pride in offering wonderful hospitality services. The first night, I called to say we were delayed for check-in and Nick was so so gracious in the phone - he has both a wonderful tone for customer service and a genuine care for helping guests. I'd gladly stay there again! I misunderstood something about the pool, and I'm embarrassed that I missed the sign - I always try to follow rules/requests (unless absolutely absurd, of course) and I didn't realize it……

“We enjoyed our stay overall. We really appreciated that the hot tub was open, clean, and a nice place to relax. The pool area, however, could have used some extra attention as it seemed a little dirty. We also had a clogged sink and noticed that the shower leaked, which were a few inconveniences during our stay. “While the reviews we read were favorable, we were disappointed in the following: the toilet seat was only attached by one screw and slid when you went to sit down, there was no hand soap in the room just bodywash attached to shower wall, the ‘breakfast buffet’ was a light continental with no protein foods, and early in the morning music was blaring at the front desk. On the positive side, the room was spacious, quiet and appeared to be clean.”
