「We were in town for the Sapa Winter Guard competition. At Luxury Downtown Oasis, a secure parking space was reserved for us and instructions were very clear to get in to the building and our space. The unit itself was clean and perfect for our family of 4 (Two adults, two teens). We planned to walk the 30 minutes to McKenzie Arena, but decided it was too cold. Overall, we had a nice stay here. 」

「Location, location, location!!! Not only 10 minutes from everything (downtown, Ruby falls, rock city), incline railroad just down the street, but also a great neighborhood. Clean, quiet, safe. We took walks (don’t miss the great outfitter store down the block in beautiful historic building), and my 14 yo son was safe to roam. Easy parking. The condo itself is comfy & roomy. Loved the Murphy bed, still plenty of room to move around. Publix is down the street along with local restaurants. ...
