My spouse tried to checkin while I was working - they insisted on charging his card and it took me weeks to get them to drop the duplicate charge (I had pre-paid). Different management now - sent me pre-checkin link. Spouse was able to checkin - no hassle. I thought I left something in the room and they checked for me. Excellent service! 」
