“No way in and out of the gate without the owner buzzing you in. I was not aware that it was an apartment. The owner slow with responding. No face rags. They received an eviction notice on the door during my stay. There are 2 futons. Television did not work in the room. This was a bad experience.”

“Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.”

Despite it being in the basement, both bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. With the space located in the basement it was still quiet and peaceful. The communication from the host was expectional. He was timely with his responses and he quickly helped me navigate through a challenge I had on my end with booking. “We had a total of 6 people that stayed, the rooms were perfect and plenty of room. Windows were great, the city sky line was beautiful at night. Balcony was perfect. The location was fantastic, easy to get to all attractions down town, felt remarkably safe, enclosed parking garage was perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”
