“What a truly wonderful experience! We booked in for a whole week here for my 50th birthday and to see Angkor Wat - it was such a great decision. Slightly outside of town, we were able to completely cut off from the chaos and heat of Siem Reap and the temples and truly relax here. With a pool big enough to accommodate multiple groups of visitors, the staff went above and beyond to help us. From breakfast in the morning, to snacks in the afternoon and being greeted ‘welcome home’ every evening……

“We stayed at The Heritage Courtyard for one night and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We arrived at 2:40 PM, and the check-in was quick and friendly. While waiting, we relaxed in the peaceful courtyard surrounded by tropical plants, which immediately made us forget the busy streets outside. Our city view room was bright, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cooled the room quickly, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, bottled……

“相片和期望不乎，職員帶我地去suite 門口時，門外地板係掘空既，跟本入唔到門口，但職員似乎無行動去處理，直到我要求處理先處理好地板，但間房原來水喉水量唔夠，只可以浸浴先夠水洗澡，而熱水都唔夠熱，所以私人桑拿都係唔夠熱，床都係唔平，訓得唔係咁好；第二日終於有另一職員幫手處理床既問題，但此終都係解決唔到水既問題。 希望酒店可以認真解決設施既各個問題。”

The water pressure was strong and the hot water was steady—perfect for a soothing shower. The spa experience was also excellent, with a calming ambiance and pleasant aroma that helped me fully unwind. Overall, it was a truly rejuvenating stay that I’d highly recommend.”
