“What’s not to love about the Celeste? Everything you could ask for in a cozy hotel. Lovely accomodating staff, warm breakfast, the room was clean both upon arrival and when my partner and I were out and about. Parking was right next door at the World Trade Center parking ramp, and wasn’t expensive (overnight park there was $24; compared to Chicago, that’s a steal). “The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am.
I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually.
And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……
