Very Pleased with my stay

Stayed a Couple od Days .Whole Inn was Clean and neatly kept .Romm was very nice big bed lots of pillows all the amenities including coffee ready to be brewed which was appreciated after a long trip.Customer Service was excellent very nice people quick easy check in.They are pet friendly and serve a continental breakfast for hungry guests to enjoy .They have a gym too.The inn is close to many restaurants and shopping stores .I highly recommend them.and will be seeing the again very soon.

If travelers are looking for an inexpensive hotel, with clean comfortable rooms, this is your place to stay. Unfortunately, there are no elevators, which we did not find out from Expedia. We were given a second floor room, which necessitated hauling our luggage up some fairly steep stairs. The desk clerk helped us with an ice chest, but we found the whole endeavor unsatisfactory.

The place offers extremely good value for its price. All I need is a clean, comfortable bed and a clean shower. This hotel offered those things plus amenities such as a refrigerator, microw’ oven, iron, ironing board, & coffee maker. The lobby was super cozy, with a fireplace and antique furnishings. My only complaint — which is not this hotel’s fault, as it does permit smoking — is the hallways all had that telltale skunky aroma … an scent that sadly permeates too many realms in today’s society. (Check-in staff was excellent [super helpful] at 11pm at night!)

Staff not to bad other than when we presented the room had bed bugs all over the bed skirt , the guy tried to say they were not bugs when they are!! He did give us a new room but even that one had a nasty chair in it , and we had to ask for new towels because no room services came by! Other staff were very kind!

Address is incorrect on Expedia. I just happened to find it unexpectedly. When I told the staff the address was incorrect, he really didn’t seem to care at all. I tried to call a few times prior to finding it, but of course no answer. At least it was clean and comfortable, but the “breakfast” was worthless.

Wow. It was actually shocking. Broken old furniture strewn everywhere, inside and out all over the property. Trash all over the parking lot from unsecured trash bins that bears rifle through - got to witness that one, and it was so sad. Smoke fumes from cigarettes and pot so heavy you cut cut the air. We had a smoke free room but there’s no such thing. You can’t escape it. I truly was afraid to stay here, but by the time we got there, we were so tired from traveling and needed a pet friendly hotel, that we said a prayer and hoped our car was still there in the morning. Left before the sun rose. Truly horrific place.

At Check in, the clerk asked me for proof of my service dog certification. I provided it, but informed him in is a violation of the ADA to ask for that. I entered my room and found out the internet was down. I planned to work from the room from 6:00 am to 10:30 am the next morning and needed the internet. I then pulled the sheet down and found the bed cloths had not been changed. there was dirt on the sheets and boogers on the side of the bed. In the morning, I looked at the coffee maker in the room. It was very dirty. I had to drive to Hardee's for coffee at 5:00 am. The positive was the bed was comfortable.

No shower and some roaches

The assigned room was clean and the environmental control was very good. Yet, there were a couple of conditions that were a bit unpleasant. First, the shower did not work properly- no water through the shower head, which normally would cause an occupant of the room to take a full bath. However, When I sit flat on a surface, without some supporting element, I have a very difficult problem in arising to a standing position. Thus, I did a whole body wash standing up. It was OK but not a shower quality on personal cleanliness. Next, I killed two roaches in the bathroom. I mentioned that to the clerk on checkout and hope that the comment spurred some action by the manager. Other than these two complaints, the stay was pleasant and the Inn was near locations in the area I needed to visit.
