「We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. It was also well-equipped that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was fantastic, safe, and perfect for families. One of our favorite features was the nearby park, which was wonderful for the kids and gave them plenty of space to play. The home is located on a very busy road, so there is some traffic and traffic noise, but it...

「I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in.
The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor.
The issues:
This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night.
The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using.
There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows.
Toilet bowl was...

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were great about communication and were attentive to the needs/desires of our group. Our group was comprised of all different ages and the home had a little something to offer everyone: games for kids, outdoor sitting area for adults, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the stay was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area!」

「This was a really nice and spacious loft/apartment! We stayed two nights. We loved the apartment! The owners Dallas and Mari are great! They are responsive and communicate everything you need to know about the apartment, door entries, neighborhood, and how to contact them if needed. We did have some difficulty getting into the apartment, and Mari was responsive and quick to handle the minor issue.Overall: The apartment is spacious for a two bedroom and very quiet. The master bedroom was large...

「The pros were that the property and building were quiet, check in and out was easy, and everything worked (TV, fridge, etc). However the unit itself felt somewhat dingy/dirty, particularly the floors. The washing machine had a musty/mildew smell but luckily we were not trying to wash anything as we were only spending one night. The most egregious offenses in my opinion were: 1. We were only given 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels. Again luckily we were only there one night, but this would have...
