A very nice comfortable property, you have to get used to the spiral staircase but overall, I would highly recommend if you want the peace and quiet of the countryside and to just look and listen for the wildlife.It is within a short drive to either Norwich, Wroxham or Cromer or longer to Great Yarmouth.If you driver an electric car you will not have any problems with finding a charging point around the main towns.I highly recommend a drive into Wroxham and a trip on a boat along the Broads too.

The Lodge is an interesting property with a good lounge and dining room.

The Lodge is an interesting property with a good lounge and dining room. The bedrooms are good and the little office area was useful. The stair on the otherhand are a bit of a killer. After a week I still hadn't got the hang of them.The kitchen is OK but the fridge/freezer is now a fridge with an ice box. The cooker is also an experience. The oven works really well but the hot plate was terrible. 30 minutes to undercook bacon and eggs. I read the instructions and still couldn't boil some water.In the bathroom the shower was OK but the head needed a clean as some of the jets were blocked. The toilet seat had a mind of it's own and needs fixing.At least the Internet speed had improved.
