“We had a great stay. The house is lovely and the pool and garden are small but great. There is a lot of construction in the area so it was quite noisy during the day. Great monkey and bird citings. My son left some things outside one night and got stolen. Overall a great spot and the staff are helpful!”

“My teen children and I had a wonderful stay at the house. It was very well equipped, clean, and a convenient location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Nosara. The pool area exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this property to any family!”

“Our host Mari and staff are outstanding. They made our stay very comfortable and were so helpful. Mari provided us with a very useful list of shops and restaurants upon arrival. The property was well maintained, private and lush with plants. We felt at home away from home.”

“Stayed here for guys surf trip. Great layout for 3-4 individuals with own private sleep areas and common rooms. Plunge pool was great for quick cool down and hang out area. 5 min walk to Bodhi Tree yoga resort which had classes every hour plus great breakfasts. 10-15 min walk to town or can call tuk-tuk. House is on quieter side of town and 5 min walk to the beach. Ryan was great help with dinner and surf reservations and wealth of knowledge about the area. Would definately stay here again.”

“Beautiful property! I hope I can come back again next year. Location was roomy, quiet and safe. We walked to the beach every morning for a swim and then Bohdi for yoga. House was so clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and linens for swimming and pool lounging. Concierge was so so helpful with bookings and questions. Highlights were the snorkeling trip and Coffee farm experience with Kenneth. One of our best finds ever! Enjoy”

“Great property and pool. Great location (Perfect location)..a short walk down to the beach and a short walk to the Bodi Tree Yoga Studio. I had no idea that the Bodi Tree was such a world class yoga studio....it was huge with many classes each day and that it was so close. We did the 830 class every morning and it was great to walk there in just 5 minutes. Equally easy to walk down the hill to the beach. Air conditioning, water, everything worked great. Howling monkeys thankfully only showed up……

“The Courtyard House was the most beautiful backdrop for our Nosara experience. It is a design masterpiece in a secure neighborhood. Kendra is the owner and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. She was readily available and helped us navigate everything from questions about the house to recommendations for dining and activities. Be sure to communicate with her ahead of time to ensure a smooth check in. This was our first visit to Costa Rica and I miss it already.”

“Javier is an excellent host. Communicates well and is very responsive. Condo is a 13-minute walk from Playa Pelada and the beachside Olga’s Restaurant is highly recommended. Modern bathrooms and kitchen with plenty of water pressure. Air conditioning in bedrooms works well. Comfortable beds. Pool is a small plunge pool, handy for cooling off. “Fabulous stay at Casa Perla. Gorgeous home and very responsive staff. The pool was a highlight. And it was such a short walk to Playa Pelada, Playa Giones and all that those two beaches / communities have to offer. We look forward to returning.”

“When we arrived (at night), we were expecting that imprtant info would benon display( ex: wifi password- how to turn on ac- is the water from the tap filtered..) nothing was there. Most of the info was sent by email, but without being connected to the wifi, we couldn't access the info. The property manager came shortly after and helped us out. “This is the best place to stay in this area of Nosara! Beautiful grounds, peaceful atmosphere and aesthetic, many breakfast options included with the stay. Included yoga classes led by experienced and excellent teachers, cruiser bikes were fun to ride, and the longer pool hours are much appreciated. We loved our stay and plan to be back. “I booked and did not realize the distance from Liberia Airport (3hrs) but the drive was beautiful and honestly loved seeing the country. It is a hidden gem. Fantastic service, FOOD and DRINKS.
