Salvatore and his wife were lovely people. He went out of his way to show us the area. We were traveling in winter, under some illusion that Sicily is warm then. Nope. But the coolness made our extensive walking easier. Noto is on a hill and is all steep streets and stairways. But worth it. The apartment was clean and had everything for our three week stay.
Though it was too chilly to sit on the patio, Salvatore made sure we had plenty of heat ( three sources). We still had fresh oranges from the garden every morning. Lots of great bakeries, the scene downtown is great for people watching
