They are a few meters apart, on their own plot, perfect for two families holidaying together. The villa develops between a main house and an annex, both on ground floor only.
Main House
Here, we find a beautiful modern kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace. From the kitchen we access the two double bedrooms (160x200cm) with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is a separate guest bathroom with laundry facilities.
Annex
Here we find a third bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower. The annex can only be accessed from the outside.

Surrounded by a picturesque rural landscape, the property is adorned with olive and citrus groves, framed by traditional dry-stone walls that enhance its authentic Sicilian charm. The outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and indulgence, offering a spacious veranda and sun-drenched terraces, perfect for alfresco dining or simply unwinding in the tranquil countryside. At the heart of the outdoor area lies a stunning private infinity pool (3m x 14m, depth 1.40m; open from April 5th to November 28th), complemented by a large, covered terrace with comfortable seating and an external bathroom with shower.
