Best is the staff, both reception and house keeping are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the little shaking sound, I believe may be from the metro. Overall a wonderful experience.”

“Great location, few minutes by walk to The Lourve and easy to get to most of the main attraction. Hotel staff was nice especially the staff who serve the breakfast was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with some toiletries that not usually offer in other hotel. We had a great experience in this hotel and highly recommend to stay when travelling Paris. ”

"The location was extremely convenient, with a metro station next door and all major tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that offered a lot of options."

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀
We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception.
We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"
