"The house is adorable! Only issue that wasn’t even an issue really was the uncertainty of knowing if we were in the front residence or back residence when we arrived. Parking for the back property in in between the two houses. Jen was great to answer questions quickly that we had prior to our stay."

"The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with."

We new upfront this was your typical outdated beach house and we were not expecting the Ritz, we thought we knew what to expect, however, it was just plain dirty, actually unsanitary. "The view is lovely & yard well manicured. The gazebo & patio are very nice. The owners are super respectful, which is appreciated. Most everything was quite clean. The banana bread, waters, coffee & creamer were very nice touches. The decore was wonderfully eclectic. I did have a nice time hiking and going through the antique shops. Loved having a little face time with your corgies. The price point cannot be beat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home."

"Had such a great time staying at Gary’s place for a month in October. Hampton beach was amazing in the offseason and the place itself was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Everything you need and plenty of room in this spot and the neighborhood itself is the best (really close to everything but quiet and pretty private). Gary was also super helpful and responsive so you are in good hands here. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay for a short or long period of time in this area!"
