“Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any……

“Wonderful stay, had a lovely greeting on arrival from Courtney on the main desk. Spacious room with a huge comfy bed, nice crisp clean linen with different pillow types. Bathroom was spotless with huge fluffy towels and nice smelling shower soaps. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, whilst not the buffet as advertised purely down to there being only a few having it and me being in at 7 sharp the table served plate was sufficient and as always the usual buffet pastries etc were……
