Overall very good.
Good property and location few recommendations as follows:-
Install security light outside entrance - very very dark at night.
Some soft furnishings in the lounge - its very echoey. Pictures/fake plants would make it more homely.
On arrival heating was not working. I had to repressurise the boiler. There was no instructions for this or the heating controls therefore it took a couple of hours to sort on the phone, by this time my 88 year old mother was extremely cold!
Toilet needs a good bleach as stained under water line.
Cabinet in bathroom had what looked like toothpaste marks that I had to wipe clean.
Mouldy bread left in the cupboard.
However we would stay there again.
Just wanted to make the owners aware.
I would also leave more than one loo roll & some washing up liquid as a courtesy to guests. I have photographs of the toilet etc if youd like them.
