“At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest……

“The location is very good, just opposite to Casa Port, can easily take the train to or from airport. Many grand taxi waiting outside the hotel as well, so easy for you to grab a taxi to anywhere when you in town. The hotel room is big for two people. ”
