Very nice Apartment

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Amazing views especially sunsets from the balcony. Being directly on the water in a quiet and beautiful place with clean water was very enjoyable. Overall a fantastic place to stay. Thank you Andreas

Sowei allles gut bis auf.........

Die Sauberkeit der Töpfe u. Pfannen. Einrichtungsbilder stimmen nicht mit den Fotos im Internet überein. Es gab keine grosse Eckcouch dafür aber ein sehr grosser 2. Kühlschrank.

Schöner Aufenthalt und Lage

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Wasserkocher war alles vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben TOP, erstes OG mit Blick auf das Meer. Zu den Liegeflächen waren es nur wenige Schritte und es waren sogar liegen für uns vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter Andreas und der Hausdame Lana war sehr gut und einfach. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub der viel zu schnell vorbei ging. Vermieter super nett und freundlich und kümmert sich sofort wenn man ein Anliegen hat! Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

tolle Lage direkt am Wasser

Wir waren zu dritt für 2,5 Wochen in der Wohnung und haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich klein, aber funktionell. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem schmalen Doppelbett (weiche Matratze) und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Auf der Ausziehcouch können weitere Gäste schlafen. Ich fand die Couch bequem (fest) zum Schlafen, weniger bequem zum Sitzen. Pro: - sehr sauber und gepflegt - ordentliches Bad mit Duschkabine und Waschmaschine - Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Wasser und den Sonnenuntergang in erster Reihe - Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer vorhanden - kostenlose Boje für unser Boot - Man geht aus der Haustür und ist nach 20 Metern am Wasser wo man direkt baden kann. Hier ist etwas feiner Kies aufgefüllt welhalb man gut ins das Wasser gehen kann - deutschsprachiger Vermieter und Hausdame - Parkplatz vor dem Haus Con: - Der Steinbelag im Treppenhaus ist sehr glatt und entsprechend gefährlich. Ich bin auf der frisch gewischten Treppe gestürzt und habe mich verletzt. Die Treppe ist auch (fast unvermeidlich) häufig feucht, wenn die Badegäste aus dem Wasser kommen. Immer mit großer Vorsicht begehen! - Im Schlafzimmer ist es sehr warm. Wir haben die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer bei offenen Türen durchlaufen lassen, was aber das Schlafzimmer trotzdem nur wenig kühlt. Hier fehlt ein Deckenventilator. - Tisch und Stühle im Wohnzimmer haben uns gefehlt (nur auf Balkon vorhanden) Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist trotz der Kleinigkeiten sehr gut!

Super Apartment

Das Apartment war sauber und es war alles vorhanden wie es in der Beschreibung stand (sogar noch mehr). Man hatte vom Balkon einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und der Privatstrand war direkt vor dem Haus.

Beautiful Stara Novalja!

This property is a perfect place for families or anyone who wants to be separated from the hustle and bustle of the Novalja beach scene, all while being just a few min. walk to the nearest public beach. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities necessary for a getaway vacation. Great communication with owner and staff. Private beach access is very close to the apartment.

Sehr schöne Aussicht

Mein Mann und ich waren im September 14 Tage in der Wohnung, sie ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Sie war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Lana, ihr sehr freundlicher Sohn, war beim Check in und Check out vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die wunderschöne Aussicht von dem Balkon sehr genossen. Die Insel Pag hat uns landschaftlich außerordentlich gut gefallen. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben war eine gute direkte Fährverbindung zwischen Pag und Rab. Wir können diese schöne Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung liegt genial. War für meinen Geschmack etwas zu vollgestopft mit Deko und etwas zu viel Raumduft. Ausstattung war gut. Lana super freundlich.

Toller Ausblick

Das Appartement hat eine super Lage direkt am Meer. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer. Es ist vom Trubel (Zrce Bach) weit genug entfernt. Allerdings ist es für vier Personen etwas zu klein. Eher was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Die Hausverwalterin Lana und ihr Sohn waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Toller Standort, direkt am Meer mit kleinem Kiesstrand vor dem Objekt, das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht und es gibt nette Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen in der Nähe.

Kleine, aber sehr schöne Wohnung. Grandioser Blick vom Balkon. Lebensmittelmarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet zum baden direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Wasser in einer ruhigen Gegend, optimal zum entspannen. Nicht weit von der Wohnung gibt es einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und Restaurants. Den Sonnenuntergang kann man direkt vom Balkon genießen. Zum baden am hauseigenen Strandabschnitt ist extra eine Stelle mit feinem Kies angelegt worden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist hervorragend. Kurz nach meiner Anfrage kam auch schon eine Antwort, alles verlief reibungslos. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!
