Good hotel for families

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be overall a good hotel. Good points: The private beach was very nice and towels were given The swimming pools were good The room was a great size and comfortable The breakfast had a good choice Bad points: The water pressure and temperature was terrible. Had a drip of a shower! The air conditioning didn't work very well Quite a few corners were cut to make things cheaper - the apple juice at breakfast was seriously watered down and there was a charge for fresh orange juice The food at dinner wasn't that great. There was alot of stuff going on for kids so would recommend this hotel for families.

Très bien

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est pas très grande mais magnifique à côté de la mer. Il y a des transats partout. Le buffet est ok mais peu varié. Une semaine de ça ce serait bof. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Il y a un parking couvert mais je crois qu’il vaut mieux le réserver à l’avance. Le coin est un peu perdu au milieu de nulle part mais ça a son charme. Pas pour de longs séjours à mon avis. Mais pour un petit Break c’est idéal.

Großzügig ausgestattetes Hotel - mit Macken

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, daher sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet, wäre da nicht das Personal. Einige Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe, vor allem an der Pool bar und a-la-carte Restaurant, im „normalem“ Restaurant sind die meisten Leute am Limit der Freundlichkeit. Zimmerservice könnte auch effizienter sein und öfter kommen, zumal je 50 Euro für frühes check-in und spätes Check-out verlangt wird. In den ersten Tagen, war die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet recht gering, dann als offenbar mehrere westliche Gäste eingetroffen waren, ist der Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltiger geworden. Auch eine zweite Kaffeemaschine ist wie durch einen wunder aufgetaucht. Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt es kaum, im kleinen Fischerdorf gibt es 3 Restaurants (recht teuer). Man braucht ein Wagen oder Mofa um nach Novalja auszugehen. Wir haben uns trotzdem gut gefühlt.

The hotel is very poorly managed! The upkeep of rooms is almost non existent. The personal is mostly very friendly, but missing of right guidlance and caring professional menager is obvious. The food in “ a la carte “ restaurant is barely eatable. The property itself is really nice and it hurts to see how little would be needed to have a very nice hotel.

In pace alla Luna, ma non fuori dal mondo

L'albergo e' piacevolmente situato in posizione vicino al mare e ben attrezzato:( spa, piscine, ottimo ristorante a self service... La baia nelle vicinanze (100 m) permette anche di bagnarsi in spiaggia con ciottoli ed con fondale di sabbia. Nonostante l'impressione all'arrivo di essere un po' sperduti , poi invece raggiungere altri punti dell'isola e' stato abbastanza comodo.

la posizione del hotel e buona ,e il hotel e abbastanza bello tutto sommato ,ma manca il servizio ,le camere non sono pulite ,fanno fatica a pulire ,i camarieri preferiscono raccogliere i tavoli sporchi che vedere di cosa hai bisogno quando ti siedi a tavola,se vuoi fare una vacanza tranquilla chiude un occhio ,anzi due, per non rovinare la tua vacanza

Schlimmes Hotel

Dies war das schlechteste 4 Sterne-Hotel, das ich je erlebt habe (und ich reise nicht selten). Vielleicht sogar überhaupt das schlechteste. Zunächst das wenig Positive: + Die Lage ist recht schön, eigener Strandzugang. Man könnte hier mehr draus machen. Hier die Kritikpunkte. Nur die "Highlights". Zimmer: - Dreckiger(!) Teppich, Badezimmer ungepflegt, auf dem Dach, auf das wir blickten, lag Müll! - Die Türen gehen nur mit Knallen zu, man hört es auf dem ganzen Flur (altmodische Technik). - Eine Lampe ging nicht, es dauerte 1,5 Tage bis repariert. - Safe funktionierte nicht richtig (ging nur jedes dritte Mal auf/zu, es wurde auch kein neuer geliefert). Restaurant - Essen sehr einfach für 4 Sterne. Sauna - Es waren nur 3 von eigentlich 4 Saunen überhaupt geöffnet, davon eine auch nur so halb (wurde nicht richtig heiß). Auf Nachfrage eher pampige Reaktionen, von wegen "Weiß nicht wann Techniker kommt", oder "ich wüsste es doch auch gerne"... Dabei hatte man am Anfang der Woche noch versichert, dass das "morgen" heil sei. Bewusste Täuschung. - Laute Musik läuft in der Sauna (Elektro). Wem es gefällt. Laut Berichten auch bei Massagen laute Musik. Ich konnte noch ein Runterdrehen verhandeln, angeblich gehe es nicht aus. - Putz blättert von Decke. - Eine Woche lang war Duschgel an der Wand leer. Service (bereichsübergreifend): UNGLAUBLICH. Lustloses Personal, man muss bei allem mehrfach fragen. Taxiservice kam nicht, trotzdem wollte für die Fahrt (Paket) abrechnen.

Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Der/Die Eigentümer sowie das Management verabsäumen aus diesem Hotel etwas ansprechendes zu gestalten. Personal ist überfordert, einfache Reparaturen werden nicht durchgeführt.

Soggiorno più che soddisfacente

Ottimo hotel in riva al mare con buoni servizi,piscina,spa,camere spaziose,ristorante buffet,pool bar,ristorantino esterno a la carte,parcheggio,wifi. Stanza moderna,molto grande,letto king comodissimo,aria condizionata,tv,frigo bar,cassaforte,enorme bagno con vasca. Pulizie giornaliere,sufficienti. Ristorante a buffet con ottime pietanze,Colazione ripetitiva ma di buona qualità.Più che soddisfatti. Bella piscina esterna per adulti e bambini,con sdrai e baldacchini,pool bar e vista sul mare.Giochi gonfiabili a disposizione. Spiaggia privata in piattaforme di cemento 'piastrellate',mare con grossi sassi. Piscina interna,vasca idromasaggio e spa. Parcheggio gratuito e garage a pagamento. Per noi un bellissimo soggiorno,con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Punti negativi : al chech-in viene dato un bracialetto per accedere ai servizi dell'hotel,in piscina,facilmente raggiungibile dall'esterno, c'erano diversi 'imbucati' che la monopolizzavano coi propri figli,recando disturbo agli altri ospiti.Stesso discorso per il parcheggio. L'hotel,dal quale si gode di un panorama stupendo, si trova in un paesino di pescatori nel bel mezzo del nulla,bisogna spostarsi in auto fino a Novaglia,20 minuti, per avere qualche servizio o fare qualcosa alla sera.

Sehr schöner Badeurlaub!

Lage, Service Team und Wasserzugang wunderbar! Das Bett (die Matratze) super! Wellnessbereich, 4 x Sauna, sehr gut! Frühstück sehr umfangreich! Ein paar Abzüge für die Reinlichkeit im Badezimmer und ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Hotel, die repariert werden sollten. Aber, Alles in Allem, ein wunderschöner Badeurlaub!

Beautiful location and secluded with private beach section in addition to the pool. Overall experience was very good and the facility is relaxing and scenery great. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Great included breakfast buffet, on site restaurant was also delicious. Facility overall was a bit worn in, small things didn’t function properly (room key card, had to resort to physical key), air conditioning was lackluster in room, furniture felt dingey, gym is poorly outfitted. Ruhiges Hotel zum Entspannen

Ein ruhiges Hotel, das sehr gut zum Erholen und Entspannen geeignet ist. Die Reinigungskräfte könnten insbesondere im Badezimmer und beim Indoor-Pool etwas mehr Engagement zeigen. Auch ist die Anzahl der Parkplätze in Hotelnähe zu gering. Ich musste mein Auto 3 Tage etwas abseits auf der Straße parken. Das Service-Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für Kinder wurden keine Aktivitäten angeboten.

Position very good, but service orribile, breakfast enough but no so good quality, bathroom and room in general was no clean, restaurant incredible, so expensive for terrible quality allover fisch, the most expensive of island!!!....the see in front it's wonderful but the hotel NO!!!

Disappointment - We paid for what was not there

We disregarded the poor experience of other travelers. Our mistake they were correct. Air condition did not work and we had 31 deg C in the room. It was promised that it would be fixed the next day as the problem was found. That did not happen and absolutely no compensation of any kind were offered. This hotel is over sold and what you get is far from what you pay for. Dirty room, no towels available for the sun beds even though paid for, young and inexperienced personnel trying to cope with the short comings. We can not recommend others to check in here. Major changes needed first including honesty towards guest on problems up front instead of just hoping nobody reacts. New management recommended.

Erittäin suuri pettymys

Kokemuksemme yleisarvosana HUONO! Henkilökunnan huono kielitaito, epäystävällisyys, kolmen päivän aikana oli vaikeaa saada puhtaita pyyhkeitä huoneeseen, sekä altaalle. Aika paljon aikaa joutui käyttämään pyyhkeiden metsästämiseen, kun pyysi apua henkilökunnalta he vain pyörittelivät päätään. Korkea hintataso. Lapset uivat altaassa ilman uimavaippoja. Huoneen ilmastointilaite ei toiminut, lämpötila aina vähintään +28. Hotellin sijainti keskellä ei mitään, lähin kaupunki 6 km taksimatkan päässä ja yhden suunnan hinta 30 eur. Wi-Fi toimi huonosti.

Good hotel with amazing views

Hotel is amazing Staff are ace Shout out to the bar staff Antonio, fern and mario And ana They were all ace making sure I had a drink in my hand at all times Hotel views are amazing and it's right next to the sea Staff advised of what to be cautious about and where to go for nights out Overall was a legendary stay We was in room 401 The only downfall was that the lift for that floor didn't work But this does not shadow the service provided On a side note there is one moody staff member he works at the reception at nights And makes a big deal out of everything From getting you a towel or advising for taxi numbers he is always moody and I pleasant to talk to

pros: nice view,relaxing. good restaurant even though only had 4 options to choose from, not full menu. cons: i booked here because they stated they were close to the party area at zrce, but it was a 25 minute drive costing $40 each way, which really adds up and made it so i could only visit the beach once a day because of cost. i booked a panoramic sea view room, they gave me a regular balcony with the view of the side of the building and partial sea view in the distance. i had to go back down and argue with them that this was not the room i booked, after some conversation they gave me the panoramic room i booked. the elevator broken and no one helped me with my bags so i to carry it all back down after carrying it up, not a big deal for me as i am capable but still unlike most hotels who have someone to offer to help. i was only here two nights and after the first night they told me i had to move rooms, because they needed to do a/c work and the pipes were over my room that they had to get to, i asked if they could please wait one more day since my stay was only 2 days long and they told me no, and that i had to wake up and move at 10:00am. after discussing it further we agreed i would move out at 2:00pm and they offered me a nicer room and a massage, they told me i was moving to the 2 bedroom apartment they had, and that it was big and id be happier there. the next day they did give me the massage but downgraded me to a normal room which was disappointing.
