"Staff is friendly!! Room is boutique style which was good for what we needed, felt like we were staying in a guest room with a bathroom. Bed was very plush which was not good for our backs"

"For the price, it’s a decent hotel. Queen room is very small so if you have multiple suitcases, it could be an issue leaving them open on the floor. Walls are quite thin so you can hear a conversation on the other end. Perfect location and walking distance to plenty of areas and public transport options."

"Pros - close to BART, easy access to a parking garage, and close enough to the Embarcadero. Cons - A little run down, no a/c, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Also, Union Square used to be vibrant, now with so many stores closed there is really no reason to stay in that area - also close to the tenderloin, which at night is not the best place to be."
