Welcome to our unique, airy and spacious two-levels apartment with three bedrooms. It is located in one of the most beautiful buildings of Novi Sad builded in the very beginning of 20th century. It is just two minutes by walk to the central pedestrian zone of the city.
The apartment has all new furniture, a big and incredibly comfortable sofa, a flat 48-inch TV with international cable channels, an air-con, and free Wi-Fi.
There are also a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony.
The space
LOCATION
The building is located just 200 m away from the central pedestrian zone of Novi Sad. Five-ten minutes by foot - and you're at the main square Trg Sloboda, in Dunav park or at the embankment of Danube river, there is just twenty minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress.
Just in two blocks are three of the top five restaurants of the city, numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators, a lot of mini-markets and a supermarket IDEA.
It is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi from the railway station and bus station to the apartment, from the Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive.
ACCOMODATION
The apartment is ideal for stay of 2-4 guests. It's at the second floor of the building and has 3,5 m ceilings and a total area 95 sq. m with the following structure:
1. A large living room with a big comfortable sofa and a flat 48-inch SMART TV with hundreds both international and local cable channels.
2. A dining room with a table and chairs.
3. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils including a fridge, a glass-ceramic hob, a microwave and a kettle.
4. A huge master-bedroom downstairs with balcony overlooking an old Greek-Catholic
church. There is a king-size double bed 160x200 with incredible soft mattress and fresh bedsheets and a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
5. Two smaller bedrooms with two single beds 90x200 upstairs.
6. A huge bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine downstairs and the second bathroom with shower upstairs.
We provide you with fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will have access to free unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. At the disposal of guests are a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
A free parking option is behind the building in a yard of an old house which are used like a public parking. You can see it when you enter the building. A paid option - the garage next to SNP (Srpsko Narodno Pozoriste, a theater) just in 250 meters away. From 21:00 to 7:00 every day and from 14:00 on Saturdays to 7:00 on Mondays the parking is free everywhere. You have first 15 minutes free even at a paid parking.
We offer a private transfer from/to the Nikola Tesla airport for 50 euros for a car up to 4 people.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside the apartment, no parties, no any noise after 21:00. Seriously, neighbors can call the communal police if you disturb them.
Check-in time is from 14:00. We have a self check-in option so you can come anytime you like, even late in the night. Check-out time is before 11:00.
