LOCATION
The apartment is located in an 150 years old historical building at the central square of Novi Sad. Here famous Zmaj Jovina street begins.
Just a step out of your door - and you're at the main square Trg Sloboda, just five minutes by foot - and you are in Dunavski park or at the embankment of Danube river, and there is just 15 minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress.
There are three of the top five restaurants of the city just in few blocks. Numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators, a lot of mini-markets and MAXI, IDEA and Univerexport supermarkets are next door. Fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and fish you can by at the market Riblja pijaca, the oldest in the city.
It is 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by taxi from the railway station and bus station to the apartment, from the Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive.
ACCOMODATION
The apartment is ideal for stay of 2-4 guests. It's at the first floor of the building and has a total area 85 sq. m with the following structure:
1. A large living room with two comfortable coaches and a flat 42-inch SMART TV with YouTube, Netflix and hundreds both international and local cable channels and radio stations.
2. A dining area with a table and four chairs. There is also a big sofa which can can be transformed into a comfortable king-size double bed 160x200 cm.
3. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils including a fridge, an electric hob, a microwave and a kettle.
4. A bedroom overlooking the St Mary's Cathedral with a king-size double bed 160x200 cm with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedsheets, a working desk with a chair, a cabinet.
5. A bathroom with massage shower cabin.
6. A 20 sq m terrace overlooking a yard.
We provide you with fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will have access to free unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. A hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron are at the disposal of guests.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
A free parking option is around Kosovska street in 10 minutes walking from the apartment. From 21:00 to 7:00 every day and from 14:00 on Saturdays to 7:00 on Mondays the parking is free everywhere outside the pedestrian zone. You have first 15 minutes free even at a paid parking. The nearest garage is just behind the theater or in 5 minutes by foot. Parking there costs 10 eur per day.
We offer a private transfer from/to the Nikola Tesla airport for 50 euros for a car up to 4 people.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside the apartment, no parties, no any noise after 21:00.
Check-in time is from 14:00. We have a self check-in option so you can come anytime you like, even late in the night. Check-out time is before 11:00.
