Nestled in a quiet, sunny position at the end of a cul-de-sac, this holiday rental offers an ideal retreat for families seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxed atmosphere. The property sits on a fully fenced 400 m2 plot featuring a well-maintained lawn and a generous angular swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m, covering 32 m2 with a depth of 140 cm, available seasonally from 01 May to 30 September, with pool opening hours from 08:00 to 20:00. Reliable internet Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house, keeping you connected during your stay. On-site parking accommodates up to 2 cars directly at the property, ensuring convenience from the moment you arrive. A tennis court is available 1.5 km from the property, offering additional recreational opportunities within easy reach.
