Vila Niko is located in the peaceful and picturesque village of Pridraga, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and escaping from everyday life. This spacious villa can accommodate up to 6 people, with two comfortable bedrooms furnished with double beds and an additional sofa bed for two in the living room. With a total area of 120 m² and situated on a 420 m² plot, the villa offers ample space for complete enjoyment and privacy.



Each bedroom is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a TV, and a safe to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa features two luxurious bathrooms with showers, ensuring both comfort and functionality. For complete relaxation, a heated hydro-massage pool is available, perfect for unwinding in any season. Additionally, an outdoor shower allows you to cool off in the fresh air, while the beautiful Dalmatian tavern offers a perfect space to enjoy an authentic atmosphere.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for meal preparation, while a variety of entertainment options ensure your time at the villa is filled with laughter and fun. With board games, 2 bicycles, Netflix, table football, a small billiard table, chess, and a gym with a treadmill and an exercise bike, fun is guaranteed for all ages.



Pridraga and its surroundings offer numerous activities for nature lovers and adventurers. Enjoy cycling paths, hiking, and swimming on crystal-clear beaches. Nearby, there are three national parks: Paklenica with its hiking trails and canyons, Krka with its impressive waterfalls, and the Kornati Islands – an island paradise ideal for sailing and exploration.
