“We loved it here and wished we'd stayed longer. There had been a mix-up with the booking (not their fault), but they still found a lovely room for us when we arrived late and unexpectedly, gave us a great dinner and a really warm welcome. Super food, amazing breakfast and tables close to the ocean - perfect location. Novi Grad is a lovely place and the hotel is the perfect location for everything - staff were excellent all round, really nice rooms too - highly recommended. I hope we can return……

“Schöne Anlage und sehr weitläufig, wobei es immer etwas zwischendurch zu sehen gibt. Die verschiedenen Strände sind sehr abwechslungsreich - Sand, verschiedene Kiselstrände, Steinterrassenstrände mit oder ohne Steinklippenwände dahinter. Sehr schön. Wasser perfekt und klar sowie rein. Zum All-Inclusive: Getränke gibt es leider nur an den zwei Pools und in der Lobby und NICHT an den Stränden! Das bedeutet teils kräftige Fußwege oder man muss es in eigene Glaschen abfüllen vorher! Sonst muss man……

Great suites - we were family of four ;2 kids - 4 and 8 Do book dinner and breakfast - all you can eat buffet- it’s excellent and it’s surrounded by a big playground and children can play while you have dinner/breakfast; champagne and wine/beer included in meals:) Beach is across the street - it’s a public beach - not what we used to in the USA and Mexico/DR however the water is perfect ; you will need your water shoes Croatia has really impressed us- the food, the service, the……

“Unfortunately, after some earlier mixed experiences at Laterna, this time we had an absolutely ghastly smelling lower floor room, the stench of moist and whatever had accumulated was really unbearable, garbage was thrown in the courtyard right outside the balcony, the bathroom was barely holding together (cracked bathtub, broken tiles, mold, the whole lot). As said, we had been in bad apartments before, but until now they had always been able to relocate us to a nicer one. Be aware, Valamar is……

“Top Lage,sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr gut aber leider Abendessen immer die gleichen Beilagen,kein Salat,Nachspeise eher fertig gekauft,voll Schade für so ein Hotel. Personal war sehr nett beim Frühstück,beim Abendessen eher unprofessionell. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. Parkplatz leicht zu finden und Abholung hat super funktioniert.”

“So the place is lovely, quiet and a walking distance to everything. I highly recommend the place. The only thing I could have wished for, were better pillows. We had 3 sets, and they were all too thick and hard. We asked for different ones, but ended up using small cushions from the hall, since they had nothing else to offer. The staff was polite and did the best they could to accommodate us.”
