“We had booked over New Year at VBlokku and I had not paid attention to the fact this booking was a different apartment than we had then. It is important to note these are all privately owned and the layout and styles are not all the same. The room was fine and would work well for a single traveler or a short stay for a couple. We ended up booking another VBloku property for us and let my daughter stay in this room. It wasn't the original plan, but everyone was happy.”

“The check-in process was terrible. We never got any check-in information or any info about our keys. When we got there, the property was locked, the host wasn’t answering any calls and we had to stand outside for a while until we started banging on the door loudly and a construction worker opened the door. He then connected us to someone who gave us the code and we were finally able to get in. However, soon after settling in, we realised that the water supply was cut off. The host got in touch……

“La procédure d'arrivée a été très simple( récupération des clés directement dans l'immeuble) tout comme celle de sortie. Par contre l'annonce indiquait une chambre . Hors le studio ne comporte aucune autre pièce que le salon salle à manger chambre à coucher d'un seul tenant.Dans une autre pièce il ya la salle d'eau avec douche et toilettes.Au niveau de la cuisine il y avait des mini fourchettes certaines à 2 fourcheet pas assez. Le four à micro onde était sale , et plein de miette.Le congélateur……
