"The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and the food we ordered was very good. The bonus of the stay is that they have lots of shops that you can buy souvenirs and snacks. I needed a small suitcase and went to one of the shops and yes they had what I need. I will definitely stay here again when in Aswan. I want to say thanks to all the team that made our stay great."

Special thank you to Miss Reham, guest relations manager, Felo from the Admin team, Mohamed from the night reception team and the wonderful Mr Waleed from the restaurant. I loved my stay so much that I extended for an additional three days."

"The place is on Elephantine island, you can only get there by ferry. The cost is minimal around $ .70 for a one way. The island is way quieter than the mainland. Make sure you are expected upon arrival, signage is limited."
