Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. "Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist auch perfekt. Ich schätze mindestens DSL 50 steckt dahinter. Das Bild zeigt den Blick nach hinten und entspricht nicht der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick von der FeWo ist nach Vorne auf die Straße gerichtet. Das macht aber nix, da es eher eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation ein bisschen blöd. Man muss auf der Straße parken und sich da den Platz mit anderen teilen bzw. hoffen, seinen Platz zu bekommen....

Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren."

"Ich habe 7 Nächte in der kleinen, extrem gemütlichen behaglichen Wohnung verbracht. Der Schlaf war sehr erholsam. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wanderwege gibt es praktisch vom Haus weg. Sogar Seen sind per Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin schmückte die Wohnung mit frischen Blumen und ein leckeres Geschenk stand auf dem Tisch. Ich habe vor, wieder zu kommen. Danke für diese erholsame Aus-Zeit!"

Very nice hotel with unfortunate shower
"Checkin was a breeze. There was a bus of tourists checking in and I was concerned I’d be waiting an hour to check in behind them but I got waived right to the front as they were being checked in as a single group, which I greatly appreciated. Room was very nice and very clean. The room is absolutely sound proof. We chose to sleep with the window open and still could barely hear anything. Parking is included with your stay and the instructions were very clear. The singular downside was the shower. The shower head holder was loose and rusted so the shower head couldn’t stand upright, and when you tried to adjust the overall height, the whole thing would come apart. The water temperature also changed rapidly from ice cold to boiling lava hot as well. Even having had this happen however I absolutely would stay at the hotel again."
