"The room was dirty like it hadn't been swept in several stays.
Room had a terrible smell.
Breakfast consists of Toast or Bagel, Apple juice and/or Old / Cold coffee. Not a breakfast at all in my opinion.

"Room was great and very clean. Excellent location being so close to the marina and fishing. A few outside chairs would be nice as well as an equipment washdown area for waders etc.
5 stars!!!!"
